1. Orders placed cannot be cancelled once order has been confirmed.
2. Hubislab Singapore follows a strict quality control procedure, all items sold are non-returnable or non-refundable.
3. Only damaged and wrongly delivered items will be accepted.
4. Customer is required to report the damaged or wrong delivered items within 24 hours uopn receipt.
5. Photo of the items and receipt should be emailed to Contact@hubislab.com.sg
6. Once verified, Hubislab Singapore will contact customer on return procedure.
7. Customer will receive a delivery notice of the replacement item within 7 business days.
8. Product(s) must be returned in its original condition and all gifts that came along with the purchase must also be returned unopened.
9. Only product(s) purchased on www.hubislab.com.sg may be processed for replacement.
10. We cannot process replacement for items purchased from another retailer.
11. If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to do a replacement.
12. We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc.. we cannot issue a replacement.
13. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please email Contact@Hubislab.com.sg within 24 hours from the delivery date with the following information:
- Order number
- A short description of the reason
- Pictures clearly displaying the issue
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We reserve our right to not process any request for replacement items which;
1) Have been stated as non-returnable;
2) Were not purchased from our website;
3) Were purchased from any unauthorised website or unauthorised sources;
4) Were purchases made outside of Singapore;
5) Do not meet the requirements set out for "Online Purchases".
